The SoloPRO+ ExZ1 is a fully ATEX Zone 1–certified push-rod inspection system built for hazardous environments where explosive gases or vapors may be present. The system combines certified camera heads, push-rod reels, and a Zone 1 control unit for safe and reliable operation. Available with either a self-leveling axial camera or a pan-rotate laser head, the ExZ1 captures high-quality MPEG-4 videos and JPEG stills while ensuring user safety through nitrogen pressurization and automatic power cut-off if non-compliance is detected. Designed for petrochemical plants, refineries, and confined-space utilities, it delivers professional-grade inspections with integrated reporting and data offload.
